Is Blood Glucose Tracker available in the app?

So I just read this great article about this new feature in Health & Wellness.  I have a Versa, followed the instructions to add this to my app and can locate it. Is this a regional only addition (like USA)???  Kind of frustrating seeing an awesome and helpful feature and can’t access it.

The feature exists in premium BUT it only supports one app/device at this time.   I use accu-check and it’s not in the list of glucose monitoring apps you can download from. The only offer one at this time.  Please offer more interfaces soon.

I would talk to the manufacturer of the monitor.

Fitbit has the API setup allowing 3rd parties to drop the measurement into your account.

Ahhh so put the onus on the customer not FitBit. Got it, great customer service there!

@Rich_Laue this is not correct: the API for glucose is not public.

There is in fact a suggestion to open the endpoint of the API for the purpose.

At this point Fitbit is, as mentioned by @Barbwire , restricting the integration to one device/brand only probably because of commercial agreements (similarly to Dezeer/Pandora) .

There is also a suggestion to make the intergration with ACCU-Chek. Why I don't think that actually Fitbit cares much about the suggestions of the users it doesn't harm to vote for it.

The wrong idea that it's always other services fault that do not integrate with Fitbit is shared also by the moderators that do not hesitate to close suggestions as NOT PLANNED as this one for example. Unfortunately when a suggestion is closed as NOT PLANNED it is also locked for further comments so it is not possible to have the moderator to understand his/her mistake.

Check again, I found an app where you can log your glucose readings, as well as relates info. I also spoke to a CS representative. She said that there is no app to take glucose measurements, but only to log your measurements from various other tests.
