Is Samsung S10 a supported phone?

do we know when this will be ready. Please do not reply with the tech response this is in progress keep checking. The phone has been released for over several months. Fitbit shouldn't be allowed to sell a watch for over £200.00 without ensuring it works! Helpline was also a joke.....advice was to switch phone. Will never purchase another!

A warm welcome to the Community @Jayk2019. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Your feedback is appreciated, we're always here to assist you. I don't have an expected time frame about when new phones are added to the list but I can confirm that our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list.

As a side note, I've noticed that some users are able to sync their watches with non supported devices, you can try this syncing troubleshooting

Additionally, you can check the Fitbit Returns & Warranty here

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
