Can I download older versions of the app?
I had to reset my phone and now I can't get back to the last version of fitbit that supports android 7.

Hi @Rcol no, you can only get the app if you have Android 8 or higher. There is no way to get the older version for your phone.

It used to be possible, until Fitbit had the downloads removed.
Since it sounds like your cell phone works just fine, and you were successfully using the older version of the app until your reset, that means Fitbit is just further contributing to the epidemic of electronics waste.
America throws away 400,000 cell phones every day. https://www.wbur.org/cognoscenti/2018/12/11/right-to-repair-nathan-proctor

@JjRum when my cell phone got too old to use with Fitbit, it became my radio. When it died, I recycled it at Best Buy, where they have bins for such items. Not everyone trashes their old devices. So many older electronics are sold or given away. The local domestic abuse shelter asks for old cell phones as they don't need a cell service to call 9-1-1 for an emergency.

Welcome to the Community, @Rcol and @JjRum. I appreciate the assistance provided @Odyssey13.
@Rcol As @Odyssey13 mentioned above, part of the minimum requirements to download the Fitbit app is to have Android 8 or above installed on your phone. I recommend you to check if your phone can be updated to at least Android 8 so you can download the Fitbit app again. You can find this on your phone's Settings.
Catch you later.
