Issues of dimmness and brightness of my S9+

So after the update I've done I've been having issues with my S9+ phones and my screen goes so darl and than brightens without me touching it not sure if anyone else having this issue..

 

I've had my pH assessed 4 times and it's showing no signs of anything so I'm thinking it's the app from the previous update...

The Fitbit app doesn't really move around settings related to brightness of the phone's screen. Was there any other app or settings that could've changed recently? Perhaps you could try getting in touch with Samsung directly about this.
