It's back! 2.94 no heart rate and default calories only

Logged 15000 steps today but noted the calories burned in the app is the default 1600 or so, while on my Versa it's 3685. Came to this forum for help, and found an old problem, since resolved, with the same problem as no live heart rate. Checked my Versa and app - sure enough, no live heart rate either. I have restarted the Versa and still no joy.

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us that you have experiencing this.

 

I'd like to ask you to share some screenshots of what you are seeing on your Dashboard at this moment. Especially with the high amount of steps and the low calories.

 

In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That will force the data to be downloaded from the servers and cause the information to display correctly.
