@Jo.1960 I recommend trying out @SteveH's suggestion of restarting the Charge HR and also taking a moment to check out and try the troubleshooting tips here. Let me know if that helps you get back to syncing.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart. Here's how:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.
