Just got the S9+ and now my blaze will not sync

My husband just got the S9+ and now his blaze wont sync. Fitbit should have all of these issues weeded out before a new phone is released. What is the time frame for it to work? This is ridiculous!

I know the S9+ is not yet on the supported devices list but I note that there are some threads that suggest some people have used that phone with their fitbit without problem e.g. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Galaxy-S9-users/m-p/2681019

 

I wonder if your husband still has his old phone. If so, make sure that there isn't still a bluetooth connection to the fitbit that might be blocking connection to the new phone.
