I appear to be having the same problem with my Ionic as iPhone users except my phone is an LG G6. I am receiving vibrations for phone calls on my Ionic, but no vibrations for texts or other apps. I too have tried turning off and on Bluetooth, turning off my Ionic, turning off and back on text notifications in the Fitbit app. No change.

 

Does anyone know if the recent (about 2 months ago) LG update has caused this problem? Also, is Fitbit working on trying to solve it?

Thanks for reply. My LG is version six and for the Versa 2 i need at least
a 7
There are also some wonderful you tube videos available even though it
didnt resolve my issue.
