Wondering why I keep getting alerts on my Motorola Droid phone that in Fitbit says GPS is running...any insight? Ty

Hi @KZ6FK. Welcome on board!

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that you're getting this message, and before anything else make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Also, give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  3. Reboot your phone and continue using the Fitbit app as usual.

 

If the same error message is displayed, please take a screenshot of it and share it with me so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach a picture check this post.
