Keep getting "restart phone to reactive notifications" message

constantly have a notification to restart phone to reactive notifications. When I restart the same message comes straight back. This has been happening for weeks now.  I am using android and the inspire hr

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you may be feeling about this, and thanks for your efforts while following the steps from that notification. Just to confirm, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Also, may I know your phone's model?

 

If you've not done so, give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back to the previous screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon > Inspire HR > Sync now.
  5. Then tap on > Notifications and follow the onscreen instructions.
