Known Issues Continue After Update

After a Samsung update Fitbit syncs were sporadic and got many zeroes. Waited for the fix from Fitbit and downloaded it 2 days ago and now will not sync at all! About to give up and get a different device.:(

Thanks for letting us know that this continued to happen after the update.

 

I'd like to ask, what phone is it that you are using at the moment? 

 

In the meantime, could you check what app version are you currently running? That should give me some insight into what is going on. Additionally, I'd recommend that you uninstall the app and then reinstall it again and check if that helps out with everything.
