LG G7 One and Fitbit Connection questions

I'm getting a new phone and I was wondering if any of you have the LG G7 One. If so, does your FitBit sync up? The only reason why I'm asking this and not reading the other articles is my 30 seconds of search queries on this forum bring up absolutely nothing about the G7 One which uses stock android, instead of LG UX which is whats on the LG G7 ThinQ.

I am using a FitBit Versa which came out in March 2018, which should means it should connect to a phone that came out in October of 2018.

Quick Note: the list of supported phones is deceiving because I use an Xperia X Performance and it works fine even though its not "supported", so don't tell me no because it's not on that list.

Any information will be helpful,

Welcome to the Forums @RandomRunnerON.

Thanks for sharing those details and all of the information about your setup.

As you indicated, the phone is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone but it does not mean that it will definitely not work.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing so maybe you could give them a shot if you have some syncing issues.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Having said all of that, let's see what other users have to say. Hopefully other users have had a good experience on the matter.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have an LG g7 one phone.  I know it's not supported.  What year if at all could we see that on the list that Fitbit will add it to the list?  Why are lg products give Fitbit issues to sync.  It would be much appreciated to understand why.
