UPDATE 7/31/2015: Hi Everyone!
Our Engineering Team is continuing to look into the syncing, setup, and call/text notifications issues some of our users have reported on their Android devices. Hi,
I have the LG Ultimate 2. It will find my One sometimes and sometimes it won't. Very frustrating.
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks!

@TelisaGreat to have you participating in the Community! Happy to have you here!
It looks like the LG Ultimate 2 is not listed on our list of Android supported devices here. Not to fear though, if your device supports Bluetooth LE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), you may be able to sync using our Fitbit beta app for Android! Give it a try and keep me posted!

@Byte_76Thanks for sharing that your app is working perfectly fine on your LG G4! Happy to hear that!
@Bradin9855I recommend that you update to the latest version of the Fitbit App, version 2.16.2, which was released earlier today to the Google Play Store. Check out the update and download it here. If you don't see it as an available download yet, give it a couple of hours as it was just released. Hope that helps! ![]()

@Rich_Laue wrote:@Bradin9855 some of your problems could be from badgering the display settings to low, try increasing the display setting and let us know.
I don't understand what this means or how to do it. ✡Bracha Radin✡
Best Answer@ErickFitbit I installed the new version and now it shows NO FRIENDS at all. It says it cannot connect to my device even though the dashboard shows it is connected. Furthermore, it will not allow it to sync with Facebook. It stays on the red swirly and never connects. ![]()

@Bradin9855I recommend going into the "Applications" setting on your online Dashboard and revoking access to Facebook and also revoking access to the Fitbit App from the Facebook side. Once you've revoked access from both, give access to Facebook from your Fitbit App. Hope that helps! Catch ya later! ![]()

@Bradin9855Interesting! Have you confirmed if your workout is showing on the online Dashboard correctly or not? If it is showing correctly on the online Dashboard Activities page, logging out and logging back into the Fitbit App for Android should resolve the issue. See ya around! ![]()

@Bradin9855Can you share a specific example of a time and date that your activity didn't show up correctly on the online Dashboard and also what your expectation was for the activity? That would be super helpful in order to look a little deeper and provide you with some useful troubleshooting procedures to help get you back on track. ![]()

@Bradin9855When tracking an exercise, you have the option of pressing and holding the button on your Charge HR at the start to start the timer and then pressing and holding the button at the end of your exercise to stop the timer. Doing this tells the tracker the time period of when you started and ended the activity to get a more precise activity record. Check out the detailed instructions here. ![]()

Best AnswerPs - I was pressing and holding the button. Even that didn't log the exercise correctly. It seems they pushed update today and now it's working.
