De un día a otro la pantalla de mi Versa se puso Negra. Ya he intentado varias cosas y nada sucede. Tiene bateria y prende la luz verde de atrás.

If it will sync with the App try changing the clock face in case there is a bug in the one you have currently.

If that still doesn't work it could be a dead screen which people seem to be experiencing recently [may a fault with the software].

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
