Lights not working when I tap my Flex 2

My fit it flex2 shows full charge but s not tracking anything. When I tap on it, no lights cm on.

Hi there @Paw39, thank you for joining to our Fitbit Community. I saw this is your first post, so welcome aboard. I saw your Flex 2 led lights are no responding despite you are sure the battery is fully charged.

 

I would like to recommend to perform a restart on your tracker, for more details take a look at this post.

 

As an additional note, I would like to remind you there is a new version of the Fitbit app for Android. In case you are not running this version, review your google play store to install this version: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.

 

Hope this fix the issue. Keep me posted how it goes.
