Why do I need active location service on my android it i have turnrd it on on my charge 5 for 24/7.
I'm ok charge 5 uses location, but I really don't want to keep location on on my phone. It's quite annoying to turn it on and off every time I open fitbit app and want that to sync data with charge 5.
In the manual it was told I can use phohe or charge 5 or both location services to use it fully, but in reality fitbit app forces me every time to turn on location service on my phon, othrewise it won't sync data.
Why??? Will it be changed or I just wasted 179 €???

On the tracker, location services are only used during a gps recorded exercise.
Depending on your settings, you could be using the phone to record the same exercise.
However the main reason is that this has been a requirement of Android 6 and higher, not fitbit, when Android fixed a high security leak that allowed someone to gain permanant remote control of the phone during the sync process. OK this change didn't just affect fitbit, but every device that uses low energy Bluetooth. IE: every smart device in my house, my garmen dash cam, etc
So the quick answer, is that it won't be changed and whatever ever tracker you decide to buy will have the same "issue"
The good news is that there is one less security flaw to worry about.
