Logging glucose details does NOT WORK on fitbit charge 6. The app reads like it is there but it randomly changes the mmol/L to the other measure and refuses to allow me to set my target range. Fitbit help were very approachable but quickly answers were plastic, such as reply to this email if you want to reactivate your file. In searching for solutions I see this problem had been around with fitbit 5 and I think it's misleading to have it on but not working on the latest model fitbit charge 6.

Hi @FaulkNZ Glucose logging is an Fitbit app feature, not specific to your device. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Your post can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

Why the silence? I also am on the premium subscription - free for first 6 months.
I just can't understand why it does the things I've said.

I'm sorry I have no idea about a different forum. I was under the impression that this forum is for Charge 6 fitbit users...which is why I posted here.
