Lost 2 weeks of weight data after signing out of app.

I noticed earlier that my BMI in the weight section of the Fitbit app was showing as 0 BMI and apparently 0 for the past 2 weeks (didn't notice because I don't check that chart). I'd also noticed that my weight was correctly being graphed each day for the past 2 weeks but the trending line was just showing as a flat dotted line instead of being solid. I scrolled through the forum and found a recommended fix of logging out of the app and logging back in again.

I did that successfully but found that all of the weight readings I'd taken from my Aria 2 (and manual entries) since May 17 are no longer showing! That also includes all the water I've logged on the app since May 17 too. I did notice over the past couple of weeks that neither my weight or water logged was showing as updated on the relevant dashboards on the Fitbit app home screen but as soon as I clicked on each dashboard to bring up the right section, everything that had been logged was there. On top of that, I've also been receiving my weekly Fitbit summary emails which have accurately reflected the data that had been logged.

Is there any way to get this information back? Would really appreciate some help or a definitive answer on this. Thanks 🙂

@slg227 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.

I moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic.

I appreciate the research done. I'd like you to confirm that you're logged into the same account that you were before signing out. If you're but this data is still not displaying, please attach a screenshot to your next reply and let me know the phone model and OS installed on it.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I'm signed in with the same Fitbit account as I was before.

My phone is a Google Pixel 4 XL and I'm currently on Android 11.

I've also attached the screenshots you asked for.

@slg227 Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you shared your phone details.

It seems that screenshots weren't attached, follow this procedure to attach them to your next reply. In the meantime, let's try clearing the app cache, restart your phone and log back into the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps.
