Lost Challenge Steps

 Got my step goal, but if you see the recent update it removed steps from me after the challenge was completed so I lost at 96% yet I hit 10,000 by the end of the night. Everything should be synced properly since it's automatic for time zone and location. Please help!

Hello @Jamiejambam, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I was reviewing your screenshot and it seem this was one time error on the app, since certainly this should not happened as you hit your daily goal.

 

I would recommend the basic troubleshoot, in logging pout from the app and restarting your phone. Once it has loaded, log back in and review if you have the most recent version of the Fitbit App which for android is  2.39.1. To find this on the app tap the Account button > Tap Help.

 

If the issue persists in a different challenge, please let us know so we can investigate further.
