I've upgraded my phone and have lost the Fitbit Dashboard and cant find it to download again. I need this for the detailed nutrition breakdown as I have to monitor carbs. Has the new update removed this facility?

This is not an answer, but it is a pkea for  a Fitbit guru to help us with this problem. I tried logging off  turning off phone  turning phone on, logging back in. That did not work. SOMEBODY HELP!

Its disappeared since I swapped phone and software updated in the process.
I found it so helpful in managing my carb intake as,I need to being pre
diabetic. I'm hoping it hasnt been discontinued.

After much messaging Customer Service,  it seems a newer Samsung phone (A40) is not compatible with the dashboard whereas a 3 year old one (J5) was!! 

 

Very disappointed and unexpected!

Versa2 is also not synching all the time without I switch it off as Fitbit app loses device and after software update, Alexa not working at all. WASTE OF MONEY!
