I am not seeing any friend requests in the app or dashboard

 

No messages or notifications received most times

 

In rare case notification is received, nothing happens on accept

Unfortunately I dont see requests anywhere. Note I am having Mobile Tracker
with Family Account with Ace 3 paired in kids account.
