Lost history and stats

 This morning app wasn't working, finally logged in and had to set up my charge 2 again as it wasn't in my list 

Now I have lost all previous trophies badges and previous work out stats!!!

HI there , I'm also having the exact same problem , it was fine yesterday , then this morning when I tried to see what my sleep stats where , it took my to a log in page and wouldn't display my usual dashboard. I also had to add my device again and although its giving me todays steps , activity and calories etc... I've lost everything else. It take me back to my stats from march, April , may and June have disappeared. So annoying , it wont synch to my weight watchers app either.

The same happened to me this morning.   Frustrating .  Hope we can retrieve that data .

Not sure why I expected anyone from Fitbit to care... Sigh. Probably never again Fitbit. I like the trackers but the software is terrible.
