Hi, @Mypop the most usual reason for seeming to lose data is if you logged out of your app and when you meant to log back in again you chose “join Fitbit” instead of “log in” and therefore created a new account. If you can remember your original email user name and log in with that your data should be still there.
I am only guessing that this could be your issue. We would need more information in order to help solve this problem. What is the context for your question, “What is beta?” (It usually refers to an application, program etc that is still in a testing phase.)

@Mypop Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to read that your data is not shown on the app. I am sure this is not lost and that we can resolve this. I do have a question. You also ask about "beta". Beta usually refers to a test phase in the development of a product. Did you join the Beta program? Did you log out and the your data was no longer shown?
