My BPM tile vanished, no option to re-add to Dashboard. I've reset phone and uninstalled/reinstalled app. Please advise.

Hello @CadesMom!

Whenever tiles are not showing up correctly, setting up the tracker once again usually resolved this situation. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap on the account tab.
  2. Click on 'Setup a New Device'
  3. Select your Fitbit and then follow the steps on the screen.

Please do let me know how it goes!

I can't get a heart rate tile on my android app either.  I've got it on my web dashboard, but there is nothing to add in the App.  I have tried re-setting up my Alta HR, it changed nothing.

Thanks for joining the Community @ChrisAlanClark!

In this case, please provide me with a screen shot of how your Dashboard is showing up. That should let me see exactly what is happening.

Look forward to your reply.

this tile is mostly accurate for me. try wearing your fitbit a little tighter. also, i wear mine on the inside of my wrist so that it gets a better read.

Hey @SunsetRunner!

Thanks for sharing your insights and your experience on the matter. Having the tracker snugly around your wrist is definitely a great way to improve the HR's accuracy.

Hope to see you around the Forums!
