Hi.
My phone suddenly asked me to login again. had it logged in/synced for 2 years now & not touched settings.
Requested "Forgotten Password" & it said it will send something to my email address but it never arrives. Done it 5 or 6 times now. 1st time yesterday morning. Been on laptop & logged in, through FB, & tried again, after checking correct email address, but nothing arrives.

Hi @Postiejohn my first thought is to check the saved passwords in your web browser. I see that you are logged into your Fitbit account while posting this.
I would go to here and see that the registered address is correct.
Other than that, you might have to contact Fitbit and ask if your address has been flagged.
