Lost my weight history when I switched from my personal to my Google login

When I got my Pixel 3 watch I was forced to move Fitbit from my personal account to my Google account. I lost my 10+ years of historical weight data when I made the switch. Any way to get it back?

Hello @mgs22 was it only your weight history that got lost? I have never checked this, I'm curious, yes I also lost all weight history. 

Probably no way to retrieve, but I'll submit a bug report.

I am wondering, is there a way to log in with my old account credentials? My weight history data might be there if I could.

By any chance, have you tried logging out, uninstalling the app, re-installing the app, and logging back in? This has worked to restore historical data for some users.

I just uninstalled the app and re-installed it as you suggested. I deleted the app storage before I uninstalled it.

Nothing changed, my long term historical weight data is still missing.

I've had a Fitbit for well over 10 years and have tracked my weight in the app for just as long. Now I can't see my weight data any further back than around when I switched/merged my Fitbit account with my Google one last year, something I was assured would change nothing.
I would also love to know if we can get the data back!

The app still shows my joined Fitbit (June 2011 for me} 

I also see badges showing awarded dates before switching., except for weight. 

I started the process to export my data. They removed the option to choose dates and which of the fitbit data. It might take a day. I'm curious if Google even has the earlier weight data 

The only suggestion I can give is to call support.
