On 1/5 I was promised that the problem of low heart rate alerts shown on the phone but not recorded in the app would be fixed in next release. Well Fitbit 4.08 released on 1/17 still doesn't work. On top of that heart points don't seem to be communicated to the Google Fit app on my phone like they were prior to this latest release. Support now saying wait for v4.09. Can anyone confirm that these problems are going to be fixed.??????
Tired of going in fitbit circles.
No surprise,, v4.09 doesn't fix this low heart rate logging issue and Fitbit support has stopped responding to my requests for help. Is anyone home?

Yes, been broken for many, many months. Support has been terrible and keeps
saying next release but they have no clue. If returnable would suggest
finding something that works out of the box.

@lmg474 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the irregular rhythm notifications. The majority of users reported it being fixed with the latest update. Given that this is not your case, please be so kind to try the following. First on the app, try logging out of your account and then back in. Try setting up the irregular hear rate notifications again. If it is not working, please go ahead and clear the Fitbit app's cache memory and try once again. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Irregular rhythm and low heart rate are different things. I've tried what you mentioned but it does not change the fact that the charge 6 is showing the low heart rate notice, says to open on app, but fitbit app is not recording the events. The notification screen remains blank.

@lmg474 Thank you very much for the clarification.
Please note that what was to be resolved with the latest app update, were the irregular rhythm notifications. That must be the reason you see no changes after the app update. Question. Where do you expect a log of these heart rate notifications? I understand that the low or high heart rate notifications are shown on your device and when you open them, you then receive a notification on the Fitbit app so that you can complete a survey. Else, there is no log about these notifications. Have you been completing the survey for each low heart rate notification? Or are you not prompted to complete the survey? I recommend you check this article out: What are heart-rate notifications?. Thanks in advance.
I will keep on monitoring the situation. We shall see if other users are affected.

Once again, it is never shown in the app and I get no survey screen to record potential reason. The Fitbit app has history screens for low heart rate, high heart rate, irregular rhythm and ECG results. These are on the "you tab" listed as Health Assessment Notifications. As indicated in the attached image. I have been specifically told multiple times that the low heart rate issue was known and that it was being fixed so please get to someone who knows what's going on so that we can get this important feature fixed.

@lmg474 Thanks for the screenshots and the explanation. I just wanted more details, as it was not clear for me at the beginning. I have all notifications on, but have never gotten a low or high heart rate notification.
The latest update was supposed to fix the irregular rhythm notifications. As you mentioned, these are two different features, although related. You are the only one reporting this. I really appreciate your cooperation so far. I will keep on monitoring this situation. We shall see if other users are experiencing the same. I was informed you are already in contact with support. I recommend you stay in touch with them. They will provide you with a suitable resolution.

I have been having the same issue. I have reinstalled the app several times. I’ve tried to send them to my iPhone, my iPad and even tried my pc. Now I realize it is on Fitbit’s side. My notifications stopped opening in the app on 1-1-24. I have had 703 notifications since 2019. I have controlled afib so this is a big problem that needs fixed. Thanks

Agree. I expected a better response to the failure of this important feature but all I've heard is ...nothing of specific action. I expected Google to do so much better. But the environment between Charge devices, Fitbit app, Fit app on Android and the Health Connect app are full of nonsensical errors and omissions. What a mess.

Latest update 4.10 still doesn't fix low heart rate logging issue. Communicating with support yields another "we're terribly sorry and understand your frustration." Really??

Still not fixed by 4.11 release. Support is non existent.

Yep, I depend on mine for my pots, and it stopped recording in September yet my device alerts me. This was a major buying point for me, and now it's not even functional anymore.

Same issue on charge 6 here. I would love for the app to work and link the survey but only the Fitbit device seems to know there was a notification... I'm a new purchaser and specifically need this feature.
