After newest update on my luxe it didn't download new clock faces and my battery is draining quicker than usual

I’d try restarting your Fitbit Luxe to see if that helps fix the issues you are describing. Go to the settings (gear wheel) in your Luxe Fitbit. Open the Settings app by tapping it and then scroll down an tap restart device then tap restart.
