Macros and macro totals are incorrect on the App

When I enter and my food it shows a crackly. When I look at the totals it is highly inflated. For instance if I eat something that has 10 mg of vitamin a, when I go to the total screen it will show 10000 mg. It is doing that on all macro and micro nutrients.

I have the same problem.

Yes, this has been really frustrating.  I do appreciate the suggestions from other users to use MyFitnessPal or CarbManager apps and sync them to Fitbit, the former costs money for the service, the latter costs money for the premium version that is required in order to sync with Fitbit.

This issue remains and can be severely detrimental when counting micro and macro nutrients. The severe difference between screens are a serious issue, especially when limiting certain macros. Please advise, as it seems this situation is NOT fixed, or had occurred again after this update

I just started getting this problem a couple days ago. Seems to be accumulating each day, because I sure think I'd know if I'd eaten 256g of fiber today.

Seriously, no answer to this yet?

I submitted to customer care, but they didn't seem to have a clue and
"escalated the issue". No response yet.

Hi,

I've just started having the same problems as mentioned in this thread. I've tried the troubleshooting advice and nothing works.

I've taken a couple of screenshots but can't add them to this post. The macronutrient wheel is correct on the food log page but when you click through to see the nutrients in more detail they are large and random numbers. How can I fix this?

Best Answer

Also seeing now that the calorie zone wheel on the main page is not calculating. Says I have all my calories to eat and there's no green ring for the entire day

It's a huge flaw with ALL the Fitbits.  I tried another Fitbit, and linked it to the latest version of the app, and the issue is still there.  I'm returning it and getting a different brand of watch.

This Fitbit issue is only pointed out in blogs.  None of the "official" reviewers of fitness watches know/acknowledge this.

Well, that's not what I want to hear. The entire reason for wearing a
tracker and tracking food for some of us is most definitely to get accurate
information to help us stay fit and/or lose weight. What's happening is
counteracting those goals!! If this doesn't get fixed soon, I will be
shifting posture as well. I need something that is going to help me not
hinder me.
