When ever I record a walk. The map doesn't show the whole route I walked. Is there a reason for this?

@Ninaj6, how are you recording the walk?  Are you using the app Exercise Tracking feature, or are you using a Fitbit tracker, such as the Charge 2, Connected GPS, or are ou allowing the Fitbit tracker to auto-recognize your activity?  A few more details will allow better analysis of your problems.

Hi. I'm using the exercise tracking feature on the charge 2, I select this myself on the fitbit not auto recognise. The location is switched on on my mobile and a message telling me gps is in use shows on the phone.Once i have completed the walk  only part of the route is displayed on the map.
