Menstrual Health Tracking Interface

Dear Fitbit Support,

I’m writing to express frustration with the recent changes to the menstrual health tracking in the Fitbit app. The new design has made the experience noticeably worse in a few key ways:

- Logging a new period or cycle start date is no longer intuitive.
- Adding symptoms is clunky and less accessible than it used to be.
- Most importantly, the app is not updating predictions based on the dates I’ve logged—my current cycle predictions are inaccurate and seemingly ignoring my most recent entries.

This was a core feature I used regularly, and I’m now finding it unreliable and harder to navigate. I’m strongly considering canceling my Premium subscription unless improvements are planned soon.

Are you aware of these issues, and do you plan to restore functionality or improve the interface?
