Merge Fellas Unlimited Shake notifications not appearing on Android?

Hi everyone,

Hoping for some quick help with the Android app. I've been playing a new puzzle game recently and I'd love to get its notifications on my Fitbit, but they don't seem to be coming through.

All my other app notifications (WhatsApp, Messages, etc.) are working perfectly. It's just this specific game. For context, so you know which app I'm referring to, you can see it here:

I've already gone into the Fitbit app > Notifications > App Notifications, but the game doesn't show up in the list for me to enable it. I've tried restarting my phone (Pixel 7) and my Charge 6.

Is there a step I'm missing to force the Fitbit app to recognize a new game for notifications? Or is this a known compatibility issue with some types of apps?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not all applications available on your phone will be compatible with Fitbit notifications. You might consider reaching out the game developer.
