Message+ not sending texts to Fitbit 2 Versa

Just got Fitbit 2 Versa and it is not working with message+ on my Samsung Note S21. Any advice very appreciated!

Hey there, @Renee51676. Welcome to the Community.

 

In case that you're not receiving text notifications only, I recommend you to check that this option is enabled on the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > Versa 2 > Notifications > Text Messages. From there you can enable the text notifications and under "Default Messaging App" you can select the message app from where you want to receive your text messages from.
