Messages, call notifications and walk reminders all worked when I first received my Charge 2. I called the help center and they say my Droid Moto Z is "not supported". This doesn't make sense to me, there was an update and now they don't work anymore. Is there a fix in the works? Please help, this is part of why I bought a Charge 2 was for the notifications. Thank you.

So, the help desk didn't tell me to turn on the notifications right on the Charge 2 device, we went through all the loading and unloading and resetting the fit bit but you need to hold the button down on the clock screen and turn the notifications on or off there also. Check that spot if you are having trouble. I'm good to go now, glad I didn't give up when she said I was "not supported". It's working again no thanks to support.
