Hey 

I have an android and can't receive texts on it and not to sure how to link them up?

Can anyone help please

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? To setup the notifications feature of your device, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and follow all the steps that are specified there.
