My messages and calls wont go through on my charge 2. Help!

A common cause of this on the Charge 2 is where the fitbit has accidentally been put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be what's happening here?

I've tried that. My notifications are on.
