Migrating to google, but have to wait 7 days for my kids accounts to be deleted?

I am trying to set my pixel 3 up, and I have to either upgrade my children's accounts - which I don't want to do, or, delete them. And its making me wait 7 days for this??? 
Honestly, this transition from Apple products to google has me REALLY frustrated!!!!!! 
Is there a way to fast track these account deletions so that I can actually use my watch features?
