Hi all,
So, I noticed that my miles being recorded by my Fitbit are a little off. I started to notice it a couple weeks ago when I had to get double my mile goal in order for the bar to mark my goal as completed. Which wasn't a big deal to me, because I figured my miles are still being counted.
However, a couple days ago when I was syncing my fitbit, I came across another glitch which stated that though I had 20,000 steps, I had only walked roughly five miles. I thought maybe it was just a glitch, and tried several things to make it count right, including double checking my stride length and height, but to no avail.
Any tips? TIA ❤️

Not sure, but I did find that Fitbit had reverted from my custom stride lengths to their defaults. I would double (double?) check, and make sure your height and other personal settings are accurate. What happens if you use GPS (if available)?

Hi, thanks for your response! I will definitely double-check (triple-check) again, on both the app on my phone and computer to make sure they both correlate. I'm not sure about the GPS option, I've never tried it tbh, but maybe it's something I should check into and try. Thanks again! 🙂
