All I get is a black screen with a play button, it won't unpause no matter what, It might load some before keeping on pause, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do if anything, but straight-up won't play. I have premium, so I know that its not a premium exclusive thing since I should be past that. I have a samung phone so I'm on andriod and I have an inspiration 2 if it matters, Thanks!

Hi @bastets_yarn which version of the Android operating system does your phone use? It needs to be at least Android 8 to fully use the features.

Let's try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and play Mindfulness workouts
