Missing Data

I've just noticed that there seem to be days back in december /november where the log shows zero measurements, but I have been using my fitbit everyday since around 10 November.   On most of the "zero" days I know I have done at least 15k steps and have walked too and from (and around in circles at) work.  I've tried all of the things I can to reinstate these days.... force stop, fitbit reset, restart phone, uninstall app etc.  Nothing seems to be working.  Help.... I feel gutted the days show zero as ive been deliberately doing as much as i can to push the step counts etc.

I'm afraid that if the steps are missing after a sync then they are gone for good.

How often to you sync your fitbit to your phone or computer? Fitbits only have limited memory to hold data between syncs.

Thanks.

The weird thing is, it's random days with data recorded in between but and some have really small amounts on. I dont understand why it's disappeared now, when it was showing before. Even the days in between aren't right as i was at work and know I do more than that in a day. Mysterious.

Guess it doesn't matter but this Month in particular I'm doing a challenge so hope nothing else goes Missing otherwise I can't prove it.

That is really weird. It's almost as if it's someone else's data. It might be worth contacting customer support to see if they can spot any issues from their side: contact.fitbit.com
