Missing a weeks steps after syncing 6s iphone

My last date of my steps is 5/21/2017..... updated app and syncing is not updating

Is your tracker unable to sync or have you sync and the information is missing? If it's the latter, please remember that Fitbit tracker can only store up to 7 days of detailed information, meaning that if you didn't update before 7 days have passed the detailed information will be lost and you will only be able to see general data. 

 

If your tracker is not syncing correctly, please check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members facing the same situation.
