Missing data and manual logging issues

I've never had as many issues with the fitbit app as in the last few months!

My previous month's data for exercise is visible when I click on "previous month" then it literally all disappears before my eyes and doesn't shoe up again.

I also cannot manually log spinning as an exercise - it simply doesn't save.

Also, not sure which app is buggy, but currently my fitness pal is showing the previous days steps and isn't syncing calories burned until you exceed that step count.

Considering the point of a fitbit it to track data, it's pretty average when the data isn't there or is faulty.

Adding that previous issues similar to these say to use the online dashboard which no longer exists.

Also, yes, I've done ALL of the usual steps - close app, restart phone, delete and reinstall etc etc
