I'd like to add mobiletrack or mobilerun on my fitbit app to track my steps when I leave the Charge HR at home, but when try to add the device mobiletrack isn't an option on the list ??
Both S-health and millions of other apps support both steps and running on this device, a Samsung Galaxy S6.
Is something wrong with your app maybe?

Hi there @Fitchargeuser, i noticed you are new around and you haven't received a proper welcome. So let me start by saying welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community.
In this case the app has nothing wrong. The only feature that allows to track your steps and other basic information is MobileTrack. Nonetheless this feature is not compatible with many Android devices. You can review in our List Of Compatible Devices to see if your phone has available this feature.
Now Mobilerun is a different feature and this is available for all compatible devices. Working with the GPS sensors in your phone, MobileRun calculates distance, elevation, and pace for your walk, run, or hike. Here you have the option, either to use your tracker or not. The only difference If you wear your tracker while using MobileRun, the steps, active minutes, and calories burned that you see on your Fitbit dashboard come from the tracker. Otherwise your phone is used to calculate this data.
Hope this information helps. Keep me posted if you have more questions.
