Missing mindfulness options

Before I got the most recent update, there were many different options and categories to choose from when it came to the mindfulness options. Now there is only a handful to chose from. What happened? Where are all the other categories/options?

@Nz183 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. 

 

Take into consideration that all the Mindfulness workouts can be accessed from the Discover tab in the Fitbit app, some of the sections that can be found are the following: 

 

- Deepak Chopra: Mindful Method 

- Mindful Minutes 

- Meditations for Sleep 

- Meditations for Stress 

- Boost Body Positivity

Why shouldn't you be able to access all the mindful sessions from the mindfulness option on the dashboard? That's kind of silly.

 

I'm experiencing the same thing, PLUS when I complete a mindful session it's not being logged.

@LaneKim Hi there. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. 

 

At the moment, only some Mindfulness workouts can be accessed from that tab, additionally you could check how many days you've logged Mindfulness sessions in that tab. 

 

Please make sure you're doing the following to log a session: 

 

  1. From the Today tab 
     
    , tap the Mindfulness tile 
     
    . If you don’t see the tile, go to the Discover tab 
     
     > Health & Fitness Stats > Mindfulness.
  2. Tap to choose a session, then tap Play Audio to begin. Note: Premium subscribers can access additional guided meditations in the Fitbit app.
  3. After you’re done, tap Log Reflection to record your reflection, or tap No Thanks to skip this step.
  4. To see details about your session, including your heart rate during the session, tap the Mindfulness tile 
     
     in the Fitbit app, then tap Your Journey.
