Missing tiles

I've been using the app for almost 3 years and suddenly the dash board has changed . This only affect my account and not my friends accounts .for some reason the only trading is shows is the cals. Burned The 'track your exercise ' the water intake and the 'cals. In and
out' I can't sinc. My Fit bit or check to see the batterie level if it's almost dead or not and most importantly I can't see how many steps I've taken during the day . I've tried on many multiple devices and tried to delete and re-download. Nothing works and I'm not willing to delete my account

The fitbit I have is a fit bit flex

@mikela It sounds like your Flex is not paired to your account. I recommend following these instructions for setup and letting me know if that helps. Have a great weekend!

I just made a whole new account for the 4th time ... every time I update it it does this . Not happy I had to make a new account.
