When following instructions to add a new device, I found that Mobile Track is not an option on my phone. How do I add this functionality?

 

FWIW, I have a Moto X Pure. I just bought and properly added a Fitbit Charge 2 (my first Fitbit device).

@GolfBlogger.Com, you cannot add this functionality to your phone.  The Moto X does not show up on the compatible list for Motbile Track.  There are very few Android phones that now support it, since they don't have the chip to serve as pedometer.

Hey, @GolfBlogger.Com! Thanks for joining the family! Heart Like our good friend, @USAF-Larry said if your phone is not compatible most likely it is because of the chip that some phones use to track your steps. 

 

Some phones have some compatible features even though they are not listed, so trying it is always the best option.
