Mobile track start time not at 0

When I click the stop watch icon to activate my mobile track and then click start after the GPS syncs. The time starts at 1min 51secs. I try to discard or restart the timer many times and only 1 in about 6 times after restarting does the timer reset to zero. Screenshot_20180824-220713_Fitbit.jpg

Hello @Jeremydasneves.

Thanks for that screen shot.

This  could be happening because of some leftover data on the app's cache. In this case I'd recommend that you try to clear the app's cache and then open it once again. That should help so that the timer starts from 0.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I cleared the cache under the "device maintenance" and I also cleared the
Fitbit specific cache under "Apps" and none of this helped. It still starts
from 1min 51 secs.

Hello @Jeremydasneves.

Thanks for trying that and letting me know that it didn't work.

I'll be sharing this with the rest of the team. If I receive any updates on the matter I'll be sure to post about them in here.

Please let me know if there are any further questions.

Are there any other solutions you can suggest or find from the team?

I would prefer to use only the Fitbit app while running instead of using the Fitbit for heart rate and another app for GPS.

Hello @Jeremydasneves.

Thanks for reaching back,

Let's try to uninstall the the app and then reinstall it. If there is a file that didn't properly install then that should fix it and get everything to display correctly again.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.
