Hi there @Mobetta88. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
Since those two devices are relatively new and have just been released, our team is working on making them compatible with Fitbit features but it could take a while for testing compatibility and making sure that the features will work properly. I would recommend keeping an eye on the list of Compatible devices and also, if you know someone who owns one, you can ask them to let you install the Fitbit app and try it out to see if it's compatible. I could be that at this point it already works fine but it's not yet official.
Let me know if you have more questions!

Hey there @rajc! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge does appear in the list of compatible devices for using with Fitbit in general, but when it comes to the specific device features, MobileTrack is not listed as compatible as you can see in the images below:
I'm sorry about the inconvenience and hope this answers your question.
Anything else you may need, let me know!

Thanks for getting back @rajc!
When it comes to mobile track, this has to do with the features of each phone so this means that if the phone doesn't meet the technical requirements for being used as a tracker so I don't really think this feature will be available for this model in the future.
Any other question you may have, I'll be happy to answer it for you!

My FitBit One was syncing at the beginning of this month. It stopped tracking as of Jan 12. I have a S7 Edge. I turned it off and on. Reinstalled the app. Turned Bluetooth off, then on. It's still not syncing. Is this because the Edge isn't compatible or is it something else?

Hey there @kimmik212! Great to see you in the Community Forums! 😄
It seems that the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is compatible but it seems you might be having problems getting it to connect properly.
I can suggest restarting your tracker by putting it to charge and while it's charging, press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to shut down. Just take it out of the charger and press the button for it to turn on again and see if it syncs. If it doesn't, set it up as a new device by going to the Account section on your Fitbit app, select "Set up a new device" and follow the instructions until the set up process is completed.
Hope this helps and if you need more help, let me know!

I have the Galaxy S7 Edge and its been out for a while now. The fact that I cannot use mobile track if I forget my device is so disappointing. This is not some unknown phone. Steps for the day are now lost, and manual entry is useless when it comes to tracking weekly totals since they are not added. It is time for me to purchase a new tracker and if you guys cannot make it so people can track things when you forget a device I may have to consider a different tracker. This is a big issue for a lot of people who have a tracker issue for the day or forget it.

Fitbit is good but this lack of support sucks . They blaim it on some internal chip. However i wonder how other apps can calculate the steps. I think its more about partnership and licensing. Whatever ... it sucks.
