 Hi,

I just recently got fitbit scale as s present, and while getting the app set I accidentally unpaired the Mobiltrack (cell phone counter).

Now I can't find anywhere how to get it back.

Could anyone help on that?

"How do I get MobileTrack?
To get started, download the Fitbit app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Windows Store, and tap Join Fitbit. When asked which tracker you're setting up, choose "No Fitbit Yet?" and follow the MobileTrack instructions.

If you already have a Fitbit account, log into the app and tap or click the Account icon. Choose the option for setting up a new device and follow the MobileTrack instructions."

Good afternoon,

I have seen these instructions, it doesn't work this way. I already have
the app and when I click on "set up a device", I cannot find the
mobiletrack option.

So I assume there is no other way as to create a new account?

Best regards,
Valeria

Open up the app. Click on the exercise tile. Tap on the stop watch. Tap on tracking. Use drop down to select run or walk and then start it

@Valera  I think you should check your phone on the list of Supported Devices   There are some phones that support the app, but don't support Mobile Track -- so put in your phone model and check out all the features it supports.  The Mobile Track Help page only lists the HTC One M8 as supporting the app, but not Mobile Track, but I found another Galaxy model that doesn't.

I don't know when it happened, but Fitbit apparently changed the hardware requirements for Mobile Track.  It is possible that your phone used to support Mobile Track, but not any more.
