Hi @Pegasus1155, sorry mate you are not alone check out any threads on here concerning firmware update 22.58. There is also a lengthy thread on the charge 2 forum. I would suggest you contact fitbit and don't be fobbed off with them saying you're out of warranty and to take the offer of 25% off a new one. Do you want to pay more for something they broke in the first place?
